1. Table put lay cut holding the toad with hands cut from back to front.  2. At least 25 weights back and forth cut set 3 times.

Barbell Triceps Extension ( Barbell Triceps Extension) 1. Stand with your feet parallel to each other.  2. Holding the toad in both the hands, keep both the hands above the head.  3. Take both the hands behind the head and bend the hands.  4. Then slowly move the hands upwards.  5. Do this exercise 10 times.

- 1. Lie down on the bench with the support of your back.  2. Holding the rod in both hands, keep both hands parallel to the head.  3. In front, bend both the hands towards the ground.  4. Then slowly bring the hands up.  5. Do this exercise 10 times.
